Dignitana will refund any unused unopened DeltaKits and DeltaCards, minus expedited shipping fees if returned within 6 months of purchase.
Please send all refund requests in writing through the Patient Support Center at Patient Support Center.

- Unused DeltaKit: please reach out to the Patient Support Center for a return label if a return label was not included with your original purchase of the DeltaKit.
- The Cooling Wrap and Thermal Cap must be in their sealed original packaging
- Wet Brush must be in original packaging

- Unused treatment cards will be verified in the Dignitana office and a refund will be issued for unused cards.
